1. Have a sense of urgency/Be attentive to everything you can 2. Be patient to the holy spirit and then the leader 3. Be humbled to everyone. By this I mean understand the order of thing. Godhead, Pastor, Pastors family, Everyone else...

I would say: The bible says to watch as well as pray so I would say: 1. To keep your leaders and church lifted up in pray. 2. Continue to ask God to sharpen your spirit of discernment so you can see the tactics of the enemy 3. Strategize when it comes to your ministry, because the enemy has a strategy so we need to have one too.

My top three tips to an armorbearer are: 1) accept that your leader is human and may make a mistake or two, love them through it, and do not discuss it with others; 2) if you disagree with your leader, never voice it or make it obvious in public, go to your leader in private and discuss it with them; 3) be proud that God has placed someone in your life that loves you enough to give you CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, take it in love and grow from it.

1. Be humble and obedient 2. Realize that the person you are serving is just a vessel and ultimately you are serving Christ. Never put your faith in man but allow God to be your focus in all that you do. To God be all the Glory. 3. Keep the person that you are serving lifted up in prayer at all times, Intercede on their behalf.

What are your top 3 tips for an armorbearer?
(1). Know how to pray according to God's word in order to bring the supernatural into the natural. Cover your leaders in prayer and how to handle confidential information. (2). The Agape love for your leaders with a forgiving spirit to forgive quickly. (3). You must invite the Holy Spirit to lead and to guide through all ministry assignments and even into your private live making sure that our hearts are right toward God and our leaders.

1.FIRST BE A SERVANT FOR GOD! Because if you don't have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord in Savior and trust and believe in His Holy word... How can you support God’s Leading Servant!
2.Study the Word of GOD DAILY!
3.Truly Study your Pastor’s Vision, Mission and Purpose and when he’s fighting demons in front of him, you are there to fight demons behind him!

PTL Saints & Friends,
My last armorbearer assignment was to accompany the Evangelist to an out if town speaking engagment. I noticed that I am not good at times at taking orders and doing things on someone else's time. The evangelist required a lot. She even required that I come up and help her pray for people. I had never done this before and had heard horror stories of demon transfers and whatnot. I was scared. After praying for 1 young lady, I felt terrible and felt like she shouldn't have come to me. I felt as if whatever her petition was she picked the wrong women to pray for her. I later discovered and am even discovering while typing this that we as flawed individuals and imperfect people can never expect to be totally faultless and blameless in his sight (for our righteousness is as filthy rags). That being said, my tip to all armorbearer's is to engage in self-examination daily. Be willing to let your feelings be known, true we are to be obedient but if you feel uncomfortable doing something you should let your leader know. I wasn't in the right spirit while praying for that young lady and I put myself in harm's way. My last tip is to take what you do seriously. When the Evangelist asked me to be her armorbearer I considered it a high calling, as close to being a teacher or a preacher as I want to get (j/k). This thing is serious we are called to be servant of the most high, armorbearing is our responsible service that he spoke of!

1. You must love your leader, and seek his or her best interest.

Pray constantly - for your leader as well as guidance from the Lord on how to be of service to your leader. Be ready to sacrifice - In service sometimes you have to give a lot; time, energy, finance, and anything you can to help lighten the load. Stay humble - always at the ready whenever they need, whatever they need. Don't try to outshine in any area, not even in the way you dress.
