The Sense of urgency is a big one for me because I'm shy by nature and if God calls me to do something public I have to have a few minutes to talk myself into it. I've been praying for boldness. My 2nd one is being a servant leader I don't want anyone to think that I'm trying to take over but I've about desided to they don't care. and the Spirit of Completion because I don't finish what I start alot of times He's still working on me!!! ~Sara

ALWAYS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP SPIRITUALLY. GROW IN RELATIONSHIP IN ORDER TO GROW SENSITIVE TO YOUR LEADERS NEEDS. ENCOURAGE OTHERS IN THEIR SERVING BY SETTING A GOOD EXAMPLE IN YOUR SERVICE.

1. Always hod the lleader as more important than you and love them wiith the love of Christ 2. Realize that they are not God. They are people like you and me. Be ready to minister with them and to them if they have any personal issues they desire to share about. 3. Continually seek a word from the Lord. Stay in your bible and let your relationship grow closer with God and He will give you what to say to minister to your leader or what to do to ensure he is prepared to feed the flock.

1. Pray always 2. Stay in tune to what God is saying 3. Focus, give your leader the best serve you can give and your leader.
