I believe that I'm getting there. The last year and a half has been a time of learning for me and of discipline. So yes, I am starting to display those characteristics.

This is a question I asked myself alot. I guess in a way I am. There are 4 main armor bearers that I lead and serve with but we all have different strengths and functions. I have an armor bearer who is a pure intercessor for my pastor. I find myself intercessing more for my armor bearers than for my Pastor. I didn't know why. God gives me dreams about them alot and I would wake up and pray. I do pray for my pastor. But the young man who is a minister who is the intercessor of the Armor bearers has an anointed prayer ministry. Everyone can see it. He's on the intercessory team as well. So I know that God has given Him to be the intercessor. I do alot more spiritual warfare though. And I really consider myself as an interceptor more than an intercessor. What I mean by that is I can feel and pick up on spirits, especially during service and I pray and bind and things like that all the time. So in a way I intercede through spiritual warfare, if that makes sense.

Every one can pray, but what sets you apart as being the one to battle in the spiritual realm for your leader and being effective?

Of course! In my position as a leader and a servant as well, i do stand in the gap for my sheep and shephered as well. I used to perform poorly in that line, but I have in recent times come to the realization and leading of the spirit of God. I must confess it is a beautiful thing and am getting on so well. Get on board!

Well the position that I have been called to requires much, much prayer. An intercessor is someone who stands in the gap for others. When you a re training others you have to constantly lift them up in prayer. So yes I would consider myself an intercessor.

Yes, absolutely. I believe that as time passes by, we are called to take a greater stand for our pastors and leaders, but also for the whole of the ministry that God has called us to participate in. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing!!!

I think I pray for my First Lady and her family more than I pray about anything else. There have been nights that I wake up and start praying, I am still learning about intercession. Right now all I know is that I am not satisfied unless I am praying about things.

Yes I do. I continually lift my lift my leaders up in prayer and continually pray for their strength. I am there to encourage or do whatever I feel in my heart that they need me do. I stand in that gap for them continually. I know my two leaders are God's gift to me so yes I do feel I am an intercessor and I know God placed me in their lives to do that, even before I became an armor bearer.

I can attest to all you have said because I do that myself. I sit and pick up spirits and rebuke them and cast them out and I also cover my pastor, back while he is preaching and even before he enters the sanctuary, I pray in the pulpit area and run the demons and evil spirits that are hanging around waiting for him.

We should all be intercessor, are we not suppose to be our brothers keeper. When you pray for each other you are intercessing on their behave.

I've heard of the act of intercessory prayer, but I don't ever thing that I have put that title above my head as such. I think that my prayers are too short at times because I don't repeat the extra repetitive wording as I would usually hear most do. I communicate in prayer like I would talk to someone in person. I think I feel because I don't have all the extra frills in my prayer to make it so long and drawn out that It won't be as good as someone else's. God is working on me in this area...I have to remind myself of the fish and the loaf of bread. I need to increase more in my prayer for my leader and I want to give him a prayer that will be effectlive.
