PTL All,

I do not consider myself and intercessor by any means. At times, I don't even feel like praying. I am just being truthful it is hard to pray sometime especially in the mornings when I don't feel like being up at 5am anyway. Yes, I am saved to all the "uber-religious" folks reading this. I am just being honest. I have know idea what it means to be an intercessor other than what I just read in the lesson. I do pray for others and attempt to stand in the gap. However, would I consider myself a prayer-warrior or intercessor? (I say almost the same prayer nightly) I ask for forgivieness, I repent, and I pray for family.

Yes.  Honestly, I have been hiding from it, but I can't anymore, and I don't.

I believe that I am because I am always praying for other people. Especially my pastor and his family. I also pray alot for my friend for her strength in her ministry.

Yes I do pray for my leaders as well as my colleagues, so that we may have one accord regarding the vision of the man of God we are helping.

I have considered myself an "intercessor" however, I am humbled at the thought that Jesus layed his life down in intercession for us. The question I often ask when people ask that of me is: Am I also willing to lay down my life for those to whom I serve? My answer is, In the natural, I am weak, and would say no, but through the strength and Grace of God and the empowerment of Holy Spirit, I can do all things. Anytime I think of  Who I am and what I can do, I remember what Jesus did for us at the cross. I prefer to say I have a passion to pray.

I never really though of myself as an intercessor until I was called to be an armorbearer... I know as an armorbear we are called to cover our leaders to discern spirits that may be a hinderence. I have found myself becoming a God Warrior for my Leaders... I am Praying for them sometimes several times a day.. I fast fast for them... It's amazing how the Holy Spirit has lead me to cover them.

yes... God has given me some things to pray about for my leader. Mostly for encouragement, support, guidance, and the like. It is a very humbling experience to know that your prayers can have such a great impact on the ministry and the leaders...

No, unfortunately I had'nt thought of it quite that way. Im really glad for the blessing of this course because I can see the need to pray for my leader. I just didnt think about how helpful that could be, I guess i was too caught up in my own prayer request.
