Yes I do. When God gives a charge to leaders with a vision, He supports a non-fail proof plan.

Yes all things work in the design that God intended. My pastor waited for the Holy Spirit to tell him if I was right for the job.

Yes, God does appoint supporters of the leaders. It sets order ad because of the demands that the leaders have on them they need supporters to give them uplifted and help them not get overwhelmed.

Yes, I do believe. In Exodus 18:13-27, Moses (leader) father-in-law conveyed to Moses that the task of judging all of Israel by himself was too much. Jethro said, "The thing that thou doest is not good. Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone" (verses 17-18).Therefore, Jethro asked Moses to appoint judges (supporters) to help him judge the people, and only the matters that the judges could not solve would come to him. This made the load lighter for Moses.

Yes, I believe that God appoints leaders and supporters. Leaders are put in place to make sure the things of God are carried out. Everyone is not called to be a leader, therefore we need those who are able to support kingdom work/leaders. For example... supporters can contribute with their prayers, hospitality, financially, physcally, spiritually etc.

Yes I do. The Word says we are many members of one body. No man or woman is an island. It takes a unit of people operating in agreement under the umbrella of VISION to complete the Will of God.

Yes, I do believe we are appointed by God. Even the Word says that it was ordained before the foundation of the world.

Yes, God knew who would recieve him when he created us. God knows ahead of time what will happen and how we will react to it. The people he ellects to serve him, are already ahead of the crowd. They are outside of the box and can see his vision. The Lord has vast areas of concern when it comes to his vision, and needs thoughs who are willing to fight to the end of days, to accomplish the mission for his will to be done here in earth.
