totally. When searching the scriptures you find God speaking that "He has appointed" leaders in various roles.

O' Yes! The harvest is plenty and therefore will require more hands to get the work done. And that is what the great commission seeks to achieve.

Yes I do. I believe that God appoints leadership and supporters in service to him. He gives them to us according to His grace. Being supporters under authority this appointment can be done by Holy Spirit filled leaders appointing men and women to these positions. Ultimmately it is God who appoints and gives the grace to sustain, endure and grow.

Yes! I believe that it is only by the appointing and the anointing of God that the ministry in which we are called to serve (His ministry) that we can serve with excellence. It is a God-made field of service, not man-made.

I know God appoints leaders and supporters. God appointed Moses to lead the children of Israel and Aaron was chosen to support Moses. Please forgive me if I sounds blunt.

Yes, I truly believe that God appoints leaders and supporters in service to Him. If He hadn't done so, what would have happen to the children of Israel? Would Daniel have survived the lion's den? WOuld the three Hebrew Boys have survived the fiery furnance? I know without a doubt that He anointed and appointed them to trust and believe that he would do just what He said He would. they had to truly rely on God to deliver!!! Praise GOD!!!

You have to accept, believe, and receive what God says. He said my sheep know my voice. Truly chosen supporters support the Word of God no matter where they are and who it is. God has no respect of a person. Supporter and leaders will stand on nothing but the WORD OF GOD not adding or taking away from it. They will back down no matter what the circumstance. Yes, you have to know that you know!! God bless you!!! I hope this helped.

It has to be a call from God to work, he appoint whether it's to be a pastor, preacher, teacher, etc. If it's not odained by God it will not work

Yes, I believe in the appointment...the problem is there are some who appoint themselves in a place they shouldn't be and then there are those who avoid the appointment altogether whom God has chosen. God has given each person a gift and when we seek his face and hear his voice we can be appointed to the service or leadership roles he wants us to be in. MANY ARE CALLED BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN (i hope I quouted that right. )

Yes, it is only by the power and leading of God that leaders are able to lead, so if they are self appointed it will not work
