This is a unique question to answer. I consider myself to do both. I believe in order to be a good leader you must be a good servant.

[My husband and I both feel we are servant leaders in our church. We both serve where needed, but we also oversee the armorbearers in our church. WE thank God every day that He uses us for his honor and glory. We are now giving teaching once a month to the armorbearers and we came across your website and the book on Armorbearing and we are thankful that God puts willing servants to be a blessing to those who want to work for His kingdom!!
God Bless.

I believe that I both serve and lead.  I believe that in order to lead the example of servanthood must be evident even as it was in the life of Jesus.  Other than Jesus, my wife is also a very good example of this to me.

I do both.  I serve and lead.  I minister in other ways, I don't feel like I minister as an armor bearer because I am still new to it.

Praise GOD!

My name is Evangelist Rashunna Lemon and I serve as well as lead at the New Bethel M.B.Church in Marianna, Arkansas where the Rev. Cecil Coleman Sr. is my Pastor.  It is an HONOR to SERVE as well as LEAD in the Kingdom of God.  I came across this website because my mother along with my husband and a sister are all in the minstry of preaching, teaching, prophecying, and whatever else the spirit leads us do to and we wanted to learn more about what being an armorbearer really consisted of in depth.  Its time that we SERVE and LEAD wholeheartedly because we are in a SPIRITUAL WAR and its time that we WOMEN AND MEN of GOD DECLARE WAR AGAINST THE ENEMY!!!!!!!![
