I serve in my church in New York City. I am a general volunteer and intercessory prayer assistant to the leader. I do lead intercessory prayer sessions as I am directed to by the leader.

Currently I am serving in the roles of Armor bearer and Media Minister. I know it won't be long before I step into the role of Pastor! Thank you for clarifying the "If we allow HIM" position! Many times man either flat out refuses to acknowledge the fact that God doesn't have to get our approval to do something with us IF we took our place in HIS Army voluntarily! We found HIM because HE first sought US! The amusing part of this super-natural relationship, in my opinion is this, our reluctance to accept God's Right to place us where he will, could be equivocated to telling God to get lost! If, HE sought us until we found Him, then odds are very very good, that GOD has a permanent grasp of HIS position! So, to attempt to resist that placement, is almost the same as trying to tell God to get lost! By simple understanding of who HE is we need to realize the futility in that request!  Let God be GOD! He knows whats best for us any way!

Do you serve or lead in your ministry organization? I am the beginner children's Sunday school teacher, but right now all my babies have graduated so I don't have any children to teach.

I serve as one of the most senior prayer intercessor in our church ministrybut am not the leader due to our church organizational chart. I had a coordinator (Deacon) and a Elder over the Intercessor Ministry.

I serve, but a lot  of times someone will have to step up to the call to lead when things get confusing or misunderstood. I do my best to work out situations as my spirit tells me Pastor would have done things.

As of now we are serving in our ministry.  Some of the other armorbearers have come to me asking me to take the lead.  We know that God is moving us out of comfort zone.  If it is God's will for me to take the lead so be it.  This is the first time for the First Lady to have armorbearers.

Yes, I do lead in my ministry orgainzation. I lead the LTD Youth Mission Choir. God has open doors for me to take the youth into varies nursing homes to sing to residents. I thank God for given me such a wonderful group to work with me; and I also that God for the parents who support me as well. I am also the lead Missionary in my church. I am the only one thus far but my Pastor has assigned a young lady to work under me or with me. I am to help her. She too is a Missionary but a babe in Christ who needs to be guided in the work of the Lord. ( I forgot to mention this in question 1).
