I do them both. As an armorbearer I am chosen to serve and in doing so I lead. For I am the head and not the tail. Yet, first but sometimes last. |

 I SERVE but the people here are very nasty towards me because of my closeness the pastor. and i'm just wondering if that means that I should not be serving |

In my organization I serve as an executive or personal assistant to the visionary of Jesus Life International Ministries, which is a non denominational evangelistic ministry, we organize and host crusade, revival conferences and Leadership seminars, we also have a Bible school. Mainly I deal with day to day admin of the Bible school and the ministry. I also arrange for Students rural church planting trips as well as going with them. I am mostly available to do whatever duty my boss instructs me to do (including cleaning toilets if necessary) even during weekends and after hours.

Yes, I serve and lead in the music ministry, administration of helps, and Singles ministry.
Sometimes I have to get my focus back because people (even in the church) can make serving look like an awful (weak) thing to do. However, I thank God for the Spirit He has given me. It always brings me before mighty men and throws me into the favor of God!
