We must serve with a sense of urgency while it is still day because the night time is coming where no man can work. I also see this as don't let Jesus catch you with your work undone for he is coming back real soon. |

The fact that no one is aware of when Christ will return means that we must serve with urgency. It could be tomorrow, today, or even the next moment. We want to be prepared when Christ comes.

We should serve in God's kingdom with a sense of urgency because we do not know when the "Master" will return for the return on His investment(s).

Time is very, very short until Jesus return. The sense of urgency is we have a King coming back for His people to take them to His kingdom, yet, most of us have no idea of kingdom living is. The time is out for quoting scriptures, but living them; time is out for playing church, but being the church; time out for going to church and leaving worst than when you arrive; time is out for I'm going to sit here and watch everyone else working; We need to be doing the work of our Father. Jesus is coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle. |
