It may relate to the modern day ministries of the Church in how God call Senior Pastors to lead Church Bodies, he calls pastoral staf to assist the Pastor he calls helps ministry to help the leaders and he calls the congregation to support the leadership team. It is all order and a chain of command.

These details confirm the need for the 5-fold ministry in ministry.

These details show that there must be order in ministry and the flow of authority must be reverenced.

Pastors are called to shepard, not babysit. We as members are called to "babysit" (in so few words) and be sure that the work is done so that the pastor does not have to be concerned about "the house" falling apart or going into forclosure.

That everyone has a place to fill for the running of the church.  Weather your called as a Pastor, teacher, or to help clean the church, each and every one of us is called and must step in place for the church to operate the way God has intended it to.

we are like our natural body.  for our natural body to work well every member of it must work
just like our natural body our spiritual edifice must have every member working on their post for it to function at it's fullest capacity

Details of the tent in modern day ministry can be that the pastor in modern day is the priest of old and there are helpers in modern day just as Aaron and the levites maintained the tent, today we have deacons and we may have a particular crew that maintains the tent or should I said the temple/church - taking care of it inside and outside.

God appoints who He wants in positions.  We as individuals must do our part effectively in order for the body to work.  My leg can not do what my arm is suppose to do.  My leg has a job and my arm has a job.  They both need each other to work.

The Tent relates to the modern day ministries of the church in the area Ministries of Help.  The pastors are freed up to spend more time in God's presence.  His staff will go to the hospital, see the sick and shut in, minister to the people.  Pastors should be concencrated to God seeking his face on behalf of the church, the congregation and  seeking greater annointing for such a time this.
