2. According to 1 Corinthian 12:12-21 which parts of the body may function alone?

1Corinthians 12: 12 states "For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For a body to function effectively all parts (members) are needed to function in its place. No part created to do a specific job can do anything it is not created to do. For example an eye can not smell.
