Accountability is a way for men and women to make sure that they are on a straight and narrow path. Accountability connects with Galatians 6:1-3:

"Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted. 2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. 3 If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves."

If there was no accountability, then the Body of Christ would be all messed up and caught up in everything that they should not be in.

The dictionary defines the word:the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable.
I define it this way: you mean what you say and say what you mean and are able to back up those actions, truthfully, honestly and spiritually.

2. Define accountability?

Accountability is being responsible, liable, and explainable. It is being submitted, obedient, and humble to authority/Leadership.
