The Spirit of Armorbearing is one of fullfillment in the helps ministry.  It calls for the person to be watchful, and an intercessor on behalf of the leaders.  It is the function of performing humble tasks to serve Christ.

2. How would you define the spirit of armorbearing?
The Spirit of an armorbearer is that of one who has overcome tests in their own life qualifying them for this office. This person has already been in the furnace and desires to resemble their Lord and Savour as decribed in Philippians 2:7 ( taking the very nature of a servant ).

I would define the spirit of armorbearing as having a call from God to serve in ministry on an individual level such as the Pastor/Minister/Bishop.

Jesus was an armorbearer and his character and attitude was of absolute submission to authority that is what defines the spirit of an armorbearer character and attitude.

An amorbearer should have a spirit of humility and servitude. They should be caring, loving, faithful and committed.

It is allowing GOD to use you to bless the leaders life in whatever way that may be needed at the moment. It is being attentive to their needs not seeking what you want. It is about being availiable and humble enough to do whatever is required at the moment. It is about giving respect to the person you are called to serve. It is about contributing to their overall growth or prosperity. It is being willing to take the hits the enemy throws their way shielding them from harm. It is having a meek and quiet spirit which in the sight of GOD is of great worth. Phillipians 2:7 shows us that JESUS is the perfect example making HIMSELF of no repuation and taking upon HIMSELF a form of a servant and made in the likeness of man. It is with a humble broken spirit  that you lay down your life and do whatever is required or asked to see the person you are called to advanced or benefitted.  How true are Minherrings words about absolute submission to authority. That is a very hard pill for me to  swallow because of the deep cost of brokenness and the death of self involved to be there  but when you realize you are really doing it as unto the LORD it makes it easier.

To have the spirit of armorbearing means , helping is apart of your spiritual DNA, it just flows naturally from your spirit man. It is nothing for the person, to help in what ever capacity is needed vs some one who does not carry this spirit.

The spirit of armor-bearing is a person working under the power of the Holy Ghost. One will serve with humility, consistency, and fervency for their leader.

An armor bearers spirit consists of faithfulness, loyalty, sensitivity to the spirit, awareness, boldness.  Just to name a few.
