Blog: Serve Leading Others In Generous Faith

abc-leader.jpgWe make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give. Winston Churchill, Sir

Fear operates in insecurity and may cause you to hold back when you should release all you have in faith to your trainee. Fear will prevent you from training the help you need. It will block the help that will have your back if there's an emergency.
I believe there's a blessing for those who have the faith to train others. The seed you sow in your brothers and sisters in Christ will cause you to reap a harvest, that's a law in Christ.
You see, as you obey the word of God it will position you for promotion, and establish where you stand in Christ. Establishing authority is one of the most important foundations of your ministry.  Remember, it must be established by the generous application of the word of God and in love.
Every leader should consider training others a part of what they are called to do. For example, as a chief armorbearer, what would happen if you were unable to serve as you are doing now?
Your leader would most likely be uncovered (without excellent Armorbearers) As an excellent Armorbearer we know you don't want that to ever be the case. It takes faith and courage to train others. But it is the will of God.
Immature leaders hold back because of fear thinking the person they train might look better than them. Be the mature leader that God has called you to be and don't hold back because of fear.  It also makes you look good when your trainee(s) look good.
So, don't hold back your teaching in fear. Train in faith. Give them the best of what you know and you will continue to receive God's best. Remember in all that you do now you are planting seeds for your next level.

Prayerful Meditation: But just as you excel in everything...see that you also excel in this grace of giving. 2 Corinthians 8:7
